I added the Miro for Confluence app on the Admin side, but still have users stating they can't access it.
Yes, I cannot connect either and I'm UX designer of 20 years. Did Atlassian sen you to a blog article as an answer to your concern. I'm shocked at behavior like this from a major corporation. Lack of proper support for users is what shut down the internet on the first attempt. People lost millions of dollars as user abandoned the Web because it was so unusable. And here we are again, product teams are removing UX for self-help articles instead when flows are unusable. Maybe we can prepare large training manuals next so users can download them and read how to use your site.
Welcome to Atlassian Community! If you haven't gotten a chance I recommend introducing yourself over in the Welcome center
It looks like Miro has documentation on how to use the tool here: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020712594-Confluence-Cloud-Plugin#h_01FF4MVTN86AMN42VS616007ET
If this documentation isn't working for the end user I would suggest you reach out to Miro and ask them why it isn't working as documented.
Best,
Clark

Hi Clark,
I'm not asking how to use it. It says its installed, but when the user tries to add it, it says it has to be approved by the admin.
Thanks!
Matthew
