How to active a workflow created under space setting .

Hi All, 

Is there any option we can active a workflow which is created in a particular space . 

Or do we need to create a default workflow under global setting and then it could be active for the space? Please advise .

I'm trying to understand the question here.

"workflows" in Confluence are usually part of a third-party app.

Do you happen to know if your Confluence site has such an app installed and which app that might be?

No , we don't allow any third-party app for workflow in confluence.

As my understanding, if we are not using any third-party app , We could create a default workflow under admin-global permission -workflow option. & than we connect with the space? Am I right?
