In the editor of Confluence/Cloud, how can I add a new section between two existing sections?
Starting from a scenario like this....
... how can I add another section of three columns just above "Frequently Asked Questions" and just below "IQ7 Internal" ?
The problem I'm having is that I can't get the cursor BETWEEN the two sections, so I'm either in the existing upper or existing lower section such that whatever macro I choose operates inside an existing section, not inserting a new section between them.
Thank you
If you add a new section, there should be other buttons just to the left in the section that say move up or down. That'll re-arrange the section you're currently in.
Interesting Lizzie, I don't have that; what version are you on (that might be why Chris can't do either of these things as well)?

I'm on Confluence Server 6.9.1, this might be different for Cloud.

@Lizzie_Rogers, thank you - that was it: I created a new section in the third column of the section above, then used the button at the top-left of the new section to drag it into place.

You should be able to click in the section above where you want it and say "Add Section" and it adds one below the section you're in. (I'm on the Server version but I'd be surprised if it didn't work the same)
