How to configure Confluence with a different IP/Domain name

I have a confluence server which has been moved from the internet to a local server to validate upgrades and move data to the Atlassian Cloud service.

I need to know how to reconfigure this server from CLI so that I can visit the web gui from a different domain name and IP address to validate the upgrade before moving data to the cloud service.

This proved unnecessary;

After running the upgrade regardless of validating the move, the server is operating as it should be, and is completely responsive again.
