Hello Confluence Team!
It seems the configure just auto-changed for Jira's comment section and they are sorted now the opposite way. I am just trying to get that confirgured back the way it was, but I am having a really hard time to find how to apply the change on the configure for my account.
I have found these steps, but for example, I do not see the System option so pretty much the instruction fails for me on the first step.

Is my account not able to be configured by the end user? If there is a way, please help me to change it back the way it was.
Let me know if you need further details from my end.
Really appreciate the help.
Thank you,
Marcelo Baratella.
Hi @Marcelo Baratella , if you do not see the System option under the cog then you do not have the necessary permissions. Please seek out your system admin to discuss your desired comment ordering.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Hi Marcelo. I could be wrong, but I don't believe these settings can be changed on the user level. It could be possible that an Administrator has changed the default sort order. I would conclude that if you don't have the 'System' option that it could be that you are not setup as an administrator. If that's the case, you may want to have an administrator check on that setting and if it is not the way you like it, see if they can set it back for you.
Hope that helps.
