Hey @Jing ZHANG

Click on the Cog wheel in Confluence, in the left menu click "User Management"

If you have Site-Admin permissions, it will re-direct you to the admin page of your domain where you can create groups under "group" in the left menu.

If you are able to create a group there, make sure you give it a Confluence product access.

Hey @Jing ZHANG

You are in the wrong place.

In Confluence, if you have a Cog wheel in the upper left corner, click it.
Then on the left menu under "Atlassian Administration" click "Groups"

If you have site-admin permission, you will be able to go to the Atlassian Administration page.

If you are unable to access it, it means that you are not Site-Admin and you will need to contact your Site-Admin.

Hi arielei,

I find the place you mentioned to create a group in Admin.Atlassian, but here comes a question:  there's only me available under the "Group members". for other users who already got the permission to access our site, i cannot find them.

Hey @Jing ZHANG

First create the group and give it App access to Confluence.

From there you should be able to add all users.
