How to define a customized space template ?

I would like create a space template customized on my need

Indeed,  the goal is allowing to my team to create a new space form my customized space template

So the question is : is  there any way to create a "space template" (not a simple page template) ?

Hey @ArnaudE, and welcome to the community!

This is a bit of a tricky thing to achieve. Confluence does not offer a native "copy space" feature, but multiple third-party apps support copying spaces. Just have a look around the marketplace. Please make sure to check any limitations of the apps. I know that content created by other apps and space templates in that space often don't get copied over.

But can you tell us more about your space template and what you want to prepare for the others? Do you want to prepare a page structure and content for the teams to copy? Maybe it's enough to prepare the structure and allow them to copy the page hierarchy. Depending on what should be included in your space template idea, we might be able to figure out a workaround. :)

@ArnaudE welcome to the Atlassian Community. Space Templates are currently not a feature available in Confluence (natively). You can upvote the request for this here:

There is a Marketplace App that does allow for Space Copying published by Appfire. You could set up a templated space and then copy it whenever you want to create a new space based on the template. Check it out here:
