Hi,
In Requirements Yogi search I see some requirements that are not linked to any Confluence page.
When I click those requirements, the page is displayed with the following information:
Requirement <RY>
The requirement is ACTIVE. The page was deleted. See below for the deleted requirement.
Details of <RY>
This requirement cannot be purged. Only deleted requirements, or requirements with no parent page and no links, can be purged.
How can I delete these requirements?
Hi Yulia,
Thanks for reaching out. Just got your support request but I'll answer here too for any user who come across this issue as well 😉.
You can purge requirements that are deleted, or not associated with any page or link when you go into Space tools -> Content Tools -> RY Trash.
Let me know if this works for you, and if you have more questions.
Bests,
Mileva
Hi Mileva,
Thank you for your response.
My requirements are not deleted therefore are not in the trash.
They appear in the requirements search but no page is associated with them.

Okay thank you for the clarifications 🙏
I have created a bug for our devs to fix and will let you know when it is fixed, I will also update here.
This is something that did not occur before so if any other user has the same issue, please raise a ticket on our support.
Best regards,
Mileva

Hey @Yulia Stephansky and others trying to find answers for this.
We have fixed this issue and released it in 3.5.5. As an administrator, there is now a button to set a requirement as deleted, that will then allow you to purge requirements.
Bests,
Mileva
