How to disable cluster mode in Confluence 6.15.x?

I tried adding "cluster.setup.ready" property to the confluence.cfg.xml file, and set the value as false. But it did not disable the cluster mode. Am I missing something? Thanks!

Thank you for your support. We had already a server setup, we'll not change the settings or create a cluster. We'll keep it simple for now.
