Hello,
We are migrating to confluence from another program for our board meetings. Many documents are attached separately to one meeting. Is there an ability (or an add-on) that will allow us to save all the documents as one single pdf all at once? At the moment all we can do is open and save individually.
Have tried searching online with no success.
Help appreciated!
Hi Helen,
Unfortunately the short answer is "No" :(
There is no solution which will merge all documents (attachments) into a single PDF file.
There is a feature request for this kind of functionality for the Marketplace App "Scroll PDF Exporter for Confluence" which can be watched at https://k15t.jira.com/browse/EXP-344.
Best, Tobias
Thank you Tobias Anstett,
Do you think it is something that could be implemented? The platform we are migrating from is Boardworks by Computershare and this created all the documents into one pdf at the click of a button.

Hi Helen,
This really depends - merging multiple PDF files into a single one is a different use case related to merging all kind of files into a single PDF.
Speaking technically, the first use case sounds like it can be implemented, the later one is really complex. As there is not solution out there it requires custom development, a solution partner or vendor as mentioned above getting involved.
Best, Tobias
