Hi all,
I'm about to leave the company soon. I'd like to ensure that my successor actually has access to all content I created.
How would you do this?
We're on cloud and I don't know how many (a lot!) pages I own / have created.
Any clever advise?
Best regards,
Michael.
Hi @Michael M. ,
content access permissions are not related to the creator. If you created pages, they will be accessible based on space permissions.
Please verify that your personal space, if necessary, can be accessed by someone else in your company and verify that you are not the only viewer for some restriceted pages.
Hope this helps,
Fabio
Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ ,
thanks a lot for picking up this question.
Is there a simple way to get a list of spaces I created and a list of pages I created AND I'm the only person allowed to edit / change content?
My CQL skills did not produce anything of value here ...
Thx,
Michael.

Hi @Michael M. ,
for my knowledge, you can't retrieve all these information through a CQL. As space admin, you can get restrictions for a single space in the admin section.
In my opinion you could use Rest API (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/v1/api-group-content-restrictions/#api-wiki-rest-api-content-id-restriction-get) to retrieve all these informations. For sure you need to put in place a script that collect all information.
