How to include a copyright and confidentiality notice on all pages?

Is there some way we can include a copyright and confidentiality notice on the wiki pages that doesn’t involve manually adding it to every page… 

It needs to come out if the pages are printed or exported to pdf.

Are you on Server or Cloud?

You can try editing the pdf layout to change the header and footer.

if your URL ends in .atlassian.net , you are probably on cloud, if it is something more customized you are probably on server.

I just check the the About Confluence page, and it shows

Confluence 6.6.10, does it mean I'm on server?
