Hi team,
My Confluence page was migrated to Cloud some time ago, but now it shows that the page is in the sandbox for test only. Can you advise me how to link this Confluence from Sandbox to Production?

Thank you for your advice.

Hi @Tayapat PINNOI and welcome to the Community.
You can create a link on a Sandbox Confluence page by using a URL of a Production Confluence Page. You this will work between any number of Confluence sites within a single Atlassian Organization cloud.
Then configure the link as usual - URL, inline, card, embed...
Having said that, sandbox has a very specific purpose so I would avoid using it for anything that's even remotely associated with production.
Second, depending on the setup, sandbox and regular site users may or may not be the same, which may create access issues.
I'd advise to migrate content from Sandbox to your regular Confluence site. Your content, user, and permissions management will be much easier.
Edit: One more thing - please, be aware that is a public community forum and everybody on the internet can see your posts. Also, we can't access your site. So if you need to give access to your site, you need to contact the official Atlassian support.
Hi Kristian,
Thank you for your information. In fact, my Confluence page was in Production in Feb2025. However, by some unknown reason, this page was migrated to Sandbox environment around Mar2025.
Is there anyway we can migrate my Confluence page back to production?

Looking forward to hearing your advice.

Hello @Tayapat PINNOI
Exporting the space from Sandbox as XML / CSV and importing to the production site should work.
