Background:
We have Data center product
We have +300 development projects. I created Couple of forms in to one space. All project are using the same form from there for example Project plan. All project are filling same forms and they have to save it in their own Space. Field is Page/Blogpost. Field name is 'place to save'
The Problem:
When project manager wants to save form he/she should choose first the page in space (diary). After they have written it in the field, field is offering all project (+300) where is page 'diary'. Can it be the opposite? First write the space, and field is offering parent pages to form? Different possibilities are less than 10.
Or is there any other and/or easier solutions?
Mika
Hello,
I think I can't use it because that is in macro and all jira projects/Conflu Spaces are using the same form. Or can it be written somehow like current space is only available? Not the space where form is but the space where the form was opened.
I was more thinking ‘ConfiForms IFTTT Integration Rules’ and parent page definition. I want it to be something like [CurrenSpace.Diary] But of course that does't work.
Can I use 'Apply filter on choices' in ‘ConfiForms Field’?
I just dont know how to do it.
There is a 'Registration control macro' to the form in 'current space' . I want to save the fillled form under diary on 'current space'

Not understanding this completely, but you can get to the current page/space via [entry._page] context variable ([entry._page.spaceKey]) or you can add an autopage field to you form to track down the page where the form is used / record is created, automatically

Hi
Are you talking about the " Page/Blogpost" field to be limited to certain space only?

Autopage souds good. Where it is defined? Can it be defined like: Space where the form is used and parent page is "Diary"?

When definig the parent page you should first write parent page and choose space. How to change it opposite. First write space and then choose parent page?
Diary:MAL --> MAL:diary
'MAL' is space

As with any other field you define it through the ConfiForms Field Definition macro inside the ConfiForms Form Definition macro
