How to move database confluence

My current version Confluence 6.3.1 with database H2. 

1. What database MS SQL Server is supported for version 6.3.1?

2. How do I move a database from H2 to MS SQL?

I do not need migration, I only need to move the database from H2 to MS SQL Server.

Installed MS SQL, did all the DB settings, exported the XML backup of the Confluence server, and then what ???
