How to move page from confluence 1 to confluence 2?

I am trying to move a parent page with a set of child page from one space to another. It seems that the space I am trying to move from is Confluence 2 and the space I want to move to is Confluence 2. Need support.

Confluence 1 and Confluence 2 are cloud version (url will have atlassian.net) OR it is self hosted instances?

If its self hosted instances, does it have same confluence version ?

It is self hosted I believe and with different confluence versions. I am putting the URL below. Hope this helps.

1. You need to export space from confluence1.
   i.e Go to space settings --> Content Tools  --> XML --> Custom Export --> Select the required pages and child pages and click Export
2. Now go to confluence2, Admin settings --> General configuration --> Backup & Restore --> Upload the xml file under "Upload a site or space export file", uncheck "Build Index" and click Import. 
   • If the xml file is huge, upload the file into server confluencehome/restore location in confluence 2. 
3. Once the import is done under confluence 2, open same space (page url will be same as confluence 1) and move the required pages under  BGSWFitQuality/Fit.Quality.
4. Delete the imported space in confluence2 after moving the pages under required space.

Please note: 

• You can only import a space into the same or later Confluence version. You can't import a space into an earlier version.
• You need space export permission on confluence 1 space
  
• You need confluence admin permission on confluence 2
• Confluence2 should not have same space key as Confluence1. In case confluence 1 and 2 has same space keys, move the pages OR copy the pages in confluence1 to new space and then start the step 1.

Where do I find admin settings in confluence 2?

Click on the cog at the top right of your Confluence page's display, next to your profile icon.

I don't see anything at the top. There's setting only at the bottom left but I don't seems to find any backup option. Attaching screenshot

This is because you are not confluence admin. Please contact your confluence admin team for assistance.
