While editing a template in Confluence, I accidentally created some variables that I don't need. How do I delete them so they no longer appear in the Template drop-down in the menu bar?
Delete template variables.png
(I created one that's a duplicate of another, $$currentDate
, and I have no idea how, but that's beyond the scope of this question.)
Typically if you delete one and then save and reopen the template the variable will disappear from the menu.
Thanks. This issue is resolved. It would be helpful to have them removed immediately without having to close and reopen my template, but at least they no longer appear.
