How to show space drop down in move page dialog

I have a requirement to show all the spaces in a drop down  on Move page dialog box. The Users should be able to see all the available spaces on the drop down.

What criteria do you want to use for specific spaces?

We have dedicated space for published pages. will move all published pages to published space. In order to facilitate user, would like to populate published space on the dropdown by default.

That would be very helpful for the user, agreed. I'm not sure how to do that though.
