I am creating a knowledge base from scratch. I want the KB to look like a tress structure.

I have read in many posts that, if you include 'other macros' you can view the KB in tree structure. But I cannot find other macros anywhere. What should I do? I do not have any experience in using Confluence. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Since you are looking at organising the pages in tree structure you might want to use page tree macro. Below is the URL which has all the info regarding the same.
