I can't limit profiles my employee in confluence

Hey!

We use Confluence at our company. And now we need to restrict the profiles of our employees so that they are not visible to other employees. But I cannot limit.

I also cannot find information on the Internet on how to do this.

By "profile", do you mean the page you see when you select People from the main menu and then select a person?

If so, then these cannot be "limited" - the whole point of them is to explain something about a fellow user.  If you need to hide details of people from other people, you'll need to simply not put the information you want to hide in a public place.
