I do not have Advanced Space Functionality in my Space Tools. The admin has added the admin rights to me. Is there time delay for it to be effective?

There's no time delay, the next time you refresh a page after being added as a space admin, the admin options will appear.

Are you sure your admin added you as a space admin?
