I don't have access to my email address anymore

Hi, 

I've a second account Trello / Atlassian. 

However, I've recently lost the access to the email address which was connected to this account. As there is a new double authentication I can't access it.

How can I can my account address without having access to my account. Who do I need to contact ?

Hi @Marièke and welcome,

just an organization admin could change email for a specific user (https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-cloud/kb/change-atlassian-account-email-addresses/)

Please try to contact an organization admin first within your organization.

Hi, thanks for your fast reply. The problem is : I was the administrator admin.

If so, you need to raise a request to Atlassian team https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Thanks. But as I don't know the cloud address (xxx.atlassian.com) I can't register inside the contact form and can't send my request...

Are u also the billing admins? If not a billing admin should receive an email with information about your account. I think that Atlassian support team need that information otherwise they can't apply email change.

We don't have a paid account so we do not have bills... 
I sent an email at the general email and I hope I'll receive some news.

Usually Atlassian send a bill with 0$ even for free subscription. Bt, please try to raise a request and let us know.
