I don't have the option "Manage Space" under Space Settings

Hello,

I am creating my first space (Collaboration) in Confluence. I don't see an overview link. Trying to follow instructions from this forum I went to Space settings (to try to edit view under Manage Space) but I don't have Manage Space either! I only see Space General, Access, Content, Look etc... help?
