I have some questions about Conluence

Hello!

I have some questions about Confluence.

Please, help me.

1. I need to upload a report on the activity of an employee in the system. Is there a single report? or where can I see what pages and spaces an employee is working with?

2. Is there a report or macro that would export information only about created pages? I need to receive email notifications only about created pages.

3. When creating a custom template, an error appears: the template is saved, but is not displayed anywhere. With what it can be connected?

I am assuming you are on Confluence cloud.  If you have a paid subscription you will have access to insights.  This should have what you are looking for in questions 1 and 2.  It is something you will have to visit and look at because it does not send out emails.  https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/view-insights-on-your-site/

If you need more robust reporting you might look at an app like easyBI https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211051/eazybi-reports-and-charts-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

I am not fully understanding the template issue.  If you are creating it in the space you should see it in the space.  If it is global you should see if in all spaces.  I would suggest reviewing these two articles.

Thank you for your answer.

I understood about programms for analysis in Confluence.

What about the template. We try to create it in space tools, choose the button "Create a new custom template". And then we fill in the title and text and click the "save" button.

And then the template should be displayed in the space settings. And it doesn't show up there. We can't figure out what it might be.

@Ksennia Voronova are you on cloud or server?  If you are on server it should state it at the bottom of the page.
