I need to create a Confluence super user without admin access

I need to create a confluence super user that doesn't have access to general config etc, but does have access to view all pages and content. 

The super user is a content manager, not an administrator at all. 

Both of the administrator roles (Confluence and System) both allow more access than we need.

Any suggestions?

Hello @Kathryn Reddie , can you just grant him a Space Admin permission? . You can also checkout the marketplace to see if you can find anything that might fit your requirements.

Thanks Sachin, I was hoping to avoid giving individual space permissions given there is more than one user.
