I need to know what packages are required for Confluence on Ubuntu/Linux

So, I've been able to install confluence from an ISO delivery of Ubuntu 18 in a testing environment using an ISO installation of the OS, but when I sat down in our production environment to validate the installation earlier this week, I was unable to operate the Confluence server after installation on our PXE delivered Ubuntu server.

I have been requested for the packages necessary. from our PXE server administrator, for the installation/operation of Confluence in a Linux/Ubuntu environment so our PXE delivery can be added to, to provide the requirements of the Atlassian servers, or I can install them second-hand.

I will redeliver the server in the previous environment later this week to provide those results to you, right now I am fully committed to installing the server successfully, and I am using a workaround by installing the OS from ISO.

You'll need to explain what a PXE server is to confirm this, but, if my best guess is correct, then the answer is "none".

Download the appropriate installer from Atlassian and run it.  It'll install fine without any additional packages.

It is generally what allows a computer/VM to be automatically installed with an OS when it boots up, as for the packages required, there are certainly MANY which are necessary, otherwise Confluence could be installed on any and every Linux distro, as well as rocks, and even your refridgerator. ;-)

Note that this isn't necessarily a functional requirement, but it is an operational one, as many different distros provide duplicate tools in different locations and/or files, and as such creating any form of automation which relies on utilities provided by the OS itself; grep, mv, cp, etc requires these utilities to be referenced in a duplicitous way.

MY Fresh Ubuntu server, installed via PXE, with the confluence .bin installer does not provide some requisite of Atlassian's installation, and I am attempting to discover what that is.

Ok, not the one I thought.

All your PXE needs to do is install an operating system that can run Java (ideally AdoptOpen as that's what Atlassian recommends).
