Icons missing on Confluence 6.15 Clean install

I have a fresh install of Confluence 6.15.3 and the icons are messed up.  I have clearing the plugin caches, reindex, nothing appears to fix the issue.  What makes it even stranger is if I copy the image url and open it in a new tab, the image loads fine.  So the URL appears to be correct.  I have tried both IE and Chrome, same issue.  Any suggestions?

Hi,

could be a bug in the Tomcat server used by Confluence 6.5.13

•  The default Servlet should not override a previously set content-type. (Tomcat 9.0.14)

You should check with the browser dev tools (eg.in Chrome press F12) & check the errors for accessing the icons.

The plot thickens.  The do not appear on the Global Permissions page in settings, but if I look at the Space Permissions page they show up.  It doesn't make any sense.

We do have the same problem, icons missing everywhere in 6.15.3. In a new tab the icons loads fine. Bug?

Yes, bug. Fixed in 6.15.4.
