Hello @Pat Wells !
I do not think I fully understand your situation. With this in mind, I would like to ask you a few questions. Here we go:
- How did you create the email?
- Is that email created automatically for email notifications?
- Is this happening with any image you try to display within the email?
- Is the image not present for all the recipients of the email?
- Is there any error thrown during the email creation process?
If we are talking about email notifications, there is a chance that you are affected by this:

Here is the issue, I hope it helps and makes sense.
The problem is with email that we receive from the Atlassian system.
I use images when entering data for tickets in the web interface, https://tompkinsinc.atlassian.net/. Then when the ticket author and the other users receive an email from the Jira system the images are stripped out.
Thanks for your response.
Pat.

Hello again!
It seems that you are affected by the bug linked earlier:
[Confluence Cloud] Embedded images not shown in email notifications due to login requirement
The best course of action right now is to vote and watch the report. Currently, there is no workaround for the behavior, @Pat Wells .
