Images in Templates

Hi! Why is it not possible to add an image to a template?

I can add an image to the page created from the template but it would make more sense to have the image in the template itself so that we don't have to keep adding the same image every time a page is created from the template. Are templates not meant to be visually pleasing? :(

This issue has already been reported by many other users and is tracked here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-66471

Unfortunately, as of now there is no solution for this.

A not so intuitive workaround is to create individual page's having the images and to use insert page macro in the template.
