Hello,
Since yesterday, it seems that images in cards do not appear anymore. As you can see on the image below, the image next to Network is not there anymore.
I tried to reupload the image in the card, it works at first :
but then when you refresh, the image disapear again, and you can see in the settings that the image becomes a grey square :
There's maybe a problem in the way the images are stored in Atlassian ? But it was working fine a few days ago.
I also tried to recreate the page in which the card was built, same issue.
Is there a way to fix this ?
Thank you for your time,
Regards,
Thomas
@thomas.gallois.ext Interesting. I'm experiencing the same issue when configuring Company Hub on one of our instances.
I couldn't find any open bug on JAC, so I've created a ticket with the Support team. I keep you updated here as well.
Cheers,
Tom
Hey @thomas.gallois.ext ,
I've just got a reply from the support team on this matter and I'm forwarding it here:
Thank you for your patience as we worked on this issue.
I have been informed that a fix has been deployed today. Could you please check to see if the issue is resolved?
It seems to be working fine for me, but I would appreciate it if you could confirm as well.
Cheers,
Tom

Have either of you had a problem with this more recently? I haven't had problems since December, but it's popped up again this week.

@Carlson_ Angela N I haven't been playing around with this macro lately to have any actual feedback on this.
If it has started appearing again, I would suggest reaching out directly to Atlassian Support as they can make a background check. (you could reference this thread if needed)
Cheers,
Tobi
