Hi there,
I have a problem in Confluence: when I insert a Jira issue inside a Confluence page, and if this issue have an image in the description field, this image is not shown in the exported PDF or Docx file. I think this is because the image is on a remote server.
Is there a way to fix this? Do you know this problem?
Thanks for your answers,
Best regards,
Julien
This is Trevor from the Confluence team. Just wanted to let you know that we have fixed this bug for PDF export in Confluence Cloud: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-37123

Hello Shannon,
Thanks a lot for the info. I have voted. Unfortunately, the issue was created almost 4 years ago... I'm afraid to not have a quick solution for that.
Do you know if there's a 3rd party plugin that can fix the problem?
Thanks a lot. :)
Best regards,
Julien

Julien,
I'm not aware of any workarounds, unfortunately. It might be worth having a look at a few of the PDF Export Add-ons in Marketplace?
Another idea; if you were to export to PDF using the Print function in your browser, does it include the images then?
Regards,
Shannon
