Images not displaying in help center

Hi

I've got a confluence space linked to the help center but images are not displaying in the help center. 

They display fine in confluence but do not show properly in the article in the help center. Any ideas please?

by speaking of help center, do you mean the Help Center theme provided by Scroll Viewport for Confluence Cloud?

If no, what do you mean by help center?

Ok, what's the origin of the images.
Are they maybe linked from a space where the customer portal doesn't have access too?

We are migrating articles from an old knowledge base, so the article is just copied and pasted from another webpage
