Import and management of external files

Hi,

As part of a project to translate several documents on Confluence, I was going to import a Word file using the tool's native function, but it didn't respect the formatting and special characters.

In PDF format, when I copy and paste from the file, the formatting is not respected either.

Do you have any advice or ideas on this subject?

Are you using Confluence Cloud or Server/DC? what kind of formatting issues you are having? can you share a screenshot?

I think we used Confluence Cloud but i'm not sure :/

Hi @roux welcome to the community.  You don't mention if you are using Confluence Server or Cloud, but I found these issues on Atlassian's jira site (jira.atlassian.com ) :CONFSERVER-56192
