Inherit a page property from parent page

I would like to inherit some attributes from a parent page to a child page. Does anyone know if that is possible?

Hi Pavel,

I would like to inherit som attributes/fields (or what you should call it...) that I have written on the parent page. I have looked on the macro Excerpt and that could work. But I would like to create a template for the child page in which I could specify that a specific section with attributes should be inherited from the parent page.

I am looking for this answer as well (some fields of the parent page should be pre-filled in the child page, which is created from a template with a button on the parent page).
Did you find a way to deal with it?
