Insights - can ordinary users users see it?

I would like to know whether ordinary users can see 1) Insights 2) Analytics.

Welcome to Atlassian Community.

Yes, by default all users have access to view Analytics in Confluence. If needed you can set who can view analytics on your site and spaces.
