Inspect space of Confluence to clean afterwards

Margots Kapacs December 7, 2023

Hi,

I got message that all space is used for Confluence asking me to upgrade. I like to see how much space is used and available, etc. Where can i do it.

Furthermore, i would like to remove whatever i can to clean up some space. How to do that? I see tutorials online, however. None of it seems availabel on my cloud instance or i don't see it

https://confluence.atlassian.com/clean/clean-up-your-confluence-instance-1026047969.html

Otherwise, Atlassian is telling i have used out space but they are not providing means to view it in detail nor it gives a chance to clean up the space. Is that correct? Thank you for any help

@Margots Kapacs The page you linked to appears to apply to Confluence Data Center, not Cloud, so that may be why you are not seeing the features it mentions in your instance.

There have been several questions related to this topic recently, so you might want to search in the Questions to see suggestions others have provided.

Thank you Barbara. I looked into the questions session but couldn't locate any hints on how to do it on cloud instance but thank you for your response
