Could you please elaborate the intermittent login issue ? Is it on any specific browser?
Just checked the status - https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/ and it looks operational nd nothing reported.
It's a customer faced issue and we have no details on the browser on which this issue is happening.

Thanks for responding but it's really hard to say whether it's a network issue or confluence was behaving weirdly.

As I said it's happening intermittently. We haven't got any complaints from the customer after the initial complaint.
