HI,
There are many systems are available to store the documents. As we see most of the companies are moving into the cloud and opting best solutions for themselves for business continuty. I would like to integrate o365, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Bitbucket, S3, 3rd party storage accounts and etc with Confluence. Confluence has several features for collaborations, DMS, Project Management and etc.
How are we going to integrate their high level and low level, is there any architecture where I would like to refer?
Hello @shiva K
Welcome to the community!
I would like to provide more information related to integrating Confluence with Bitbucket Cloud.
Currently, there is no such feature available. However, there is an enhancement request asking for this functionality as you can check on the link below:
You may check this link for currently supported Bitbucket Cloud integrations.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Karthick S
@shiva K Welcome to the Atlassian community. Can you provide some additional information about what type of integration you are trying to setup with each application. By default Confluence has limited delivered integrations. You can however use marketplace apps to connect Confluence to other applications.

There are few platforms to enable collaboration and document retention. For Example O365 and Content Managers. Few other applications have been done internally.
I would like to have a new enterprise-level platform that will provide support functionality used by Businesses such as content searching, scanning, printing, and audit history
Is the Confluence will be able to connect all of them internally? If yes what would be the modal?
If so how do we define a process for each of the existing systems?

@shiva K That is a great question. It depends on your internal processes and how you integrate the different systems. Really I would suggest using the proper tool for each need. For instance, Confluence works well for documentation, meeting notes, collaboration, etc. Document retention of office documents would work best in O365. You could integrate Confluence and O365 but I am not sure it makes sense. It really depends on your business processes.
