Is it possible to add a confluence editor key through user macro template?

I am planning to create a insert column key that adds a new column in a confluence table with already filled task list. 

what is the possibility of creating such macro in user macro template?

Hi Alana,

Because user macros only execute in the view context, it is not possible to create user macros that enhance the editor. However, you may be able to use some javascript code in the header/footer that could possibly perform this task.

As for the actual implementation code, that would be up to you :)
