Is it possible to create a report or dashboard in Atlassian Analytics and share with unlicensed user

Hi, 

I wanted to post this question that came across my desk. 

The organization that I work for would like to use Atlassian Analytics to report on all Atlassian products that they have.  

With that being said, everything I have read indicates these reports and dashboards can be accessed only by those with a product license, access to the data lake, or embedded in a confluence page.

Does the employee being added to Atlassian guard only allow them access to the reports and dashboards in Atlassian analytics?

No it doesn't the user requires a license.

P.S Atlassian Analytics is only available on an Enterprise subscription.
