Is it possible to make colour bullets in confluence page?

Can we make bullets in different colours. If yes please guide me on this.

if you select text color and try to add bullets, they should be in that selected color. Isn't it?

In confluence we are using bullet points.

one is pointer and other one is number list. Is that possible to make the pointer bullet in different colours.
