Can you share a screenshot of your page so we can better understand the issue?

Yes, I'm trying to remove the space after "Note (as of 8.31.23):" before the bulleted list. I will have several of these and it adds a lot of space to the table making for more scrolling when I have several rows of information with these extra spaces.

Microsoft Word has an option called "Remove space after paragraph". That's what I'm hoping for. It's an auto-space that follows 'paragraphs'.

@Jason Hollins, indeed lists have a 10px margin on top which adds that space.

CSS customizations are not yet available for Confluence Cloud, but here's the suggestion you can vote for and watch: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-36137

There may be some add-ons in the marketplace that will help with CSS, but unfortunately I can't recommend anything.
