I have to import a Confluence space from an external instance. They worked with Lucidcharts, we are using Gliffy. How to save the charts in our Confluence with option for editing those?
Hello Martin,
We are using Lucidchart on prem for Confluence and as they are ceasing support for this we will need to go for gliffy plugin. Can you please help here know if you success-ed to convert Lucidchart diagram to Gliffy?
Gliffy can import draw.io files, so assuming Gliffy don't have a Lucidchart importer at the time of writing, you could import the Lucidchart diagram to draw.io, then import that into Gliffy. https://desk.draw.io/support/solutions/articles/16000104665-migrate-from-lucidchart-onprem-to-draw-io
Edit: Gliffy do now have a Lucidchart mass importer under BASE_URL/admin/plugin-repository/gliffylucidchartbatchconverter.action

The batch converter does not work for lucidchart onprem. It only works for diagrams created with lucidchart diagrams connector. We are faced with the same issue.

@Jennifer Hall Please do you have any information on whether this is still an issue or not? I have recently tried to convert Lucid chart images to Gliffy image using the Gliffy batch converter but the lucid chart diagrams were not found by the converter

Hi @Jennifer Hall and @Adeola Lawal ! I will pass the feedback along to our product team that you're looking for the ability to convert from Lucidchart's onprem app — not just the diagrams connector.
Adeola, please also feel free to reach out to our team at support@gliffy.com if you'd like help troubleshooting further!

Thanks for the tipps. However we decided for the static import of images.

Hi Martin,

Hi Trupti_Kamble
sorry, 'importing' sounds too good; we exported the .png files from external instance and attached them in the other instance, very simply.

Hi Martin,
At the moment, you can only import Gliffy files (.gliffy, .gon, .gxml), Visio files (.vsdx, .vdx) & Draw.io files (.drawio, .xml).
If you are able to export from Lucidchart to any of these file types, you will be able to import to Gliffy. Hope this helps!
