Is there a plugin for automated translation?

We have a multi-national team. One designer wants to enter his comments in Polish and the rest of us want to read them in English. And he wants to read our comments in Polish.

We're using the Polish language pack that translates the buttons, menu items, etc.

But is there a plugin to give us a Babblefish / Google Translate type of automated translation of text within the page bodies / comments?

Google Translate has a JS snippet that you can put on your page that will auto translate it. You could add this to the global custom html and get the translate feature on every page. It should work.
