×One of my colleagues just contacted me to tell me he received a Confluence email with 3 Confluence page recommendations to help him "stay up to date". However, one of them is the Home page of a deprecated space, which is a problem because we don't want our peers to go check deprecated content.
Has anyone experienced the same issue? How can we make sure deprecated pages won't be recommended to our users?
Thanks

Can you confirm that the space has been archived?
Sorry, I didn't see your message earlier.
Yes, I confirm that this space was archived last year.

The situation I described was not in search, it was in a random recommendation email sent by Confluence (months after we archived the space though).
As far as I know, the space hasn't appeared in search results since it was archived (which is good).
