Hi All,
I work for a medium-sized company and we have just started using Confluence and Jira. Only our PM, Engineering, and QA teams will be using Confluence and Jira, but we would like to be able to share certain information about releases, roadmaps, etc, with the wider organization e.g. sales, R&D, prof dev, etc. Is there a way to share Confluence pages internally for users who do NOT have Confluence licenses without making them public?
Thanks,
Dave
David,
Go to Ellipsis --> Page Information --> Tiny Link.
Use that URL to email people in your company.
Victor
Thanks, Victor! Would users be able to see that without being logged in to Confluence?

David,
YES. It's a url to the page you want them to see without them having to log in.

Hi David,
Unfortunately, there is not a way to share Confluence pages with non-licensed users, but we do have a feature request open for this functionality: CONFCLOUD-32999. You can vote and comment on this feature request to help give our developers more context around the issue (see also: Implementation of New Features Policy).
You can also see extensive discussion on this functionality in this previous Atlassian Community post: Share confluence page to non user.
Thank you,
Zak

Thanks, Zak. I would love to see this feature implemented; for now I will use Jira Service Desk to create portals through which I can provide access to specific content for specific users within our organization.
