I'd like to read a page without all the yellow text highlighting that is applied from inline commenting. I don't want to resolve the comments since they do not involve me.
Is there a way to do this? I wasn't able to find anything. TIA.

You can't hide per se inline comments, but what you can do is to enter presenter mode. This will make you go full screen to read the document and hide all inline comments:
Ah got it. It's a useful mode but not sure if this is something I'd prefer using over just ignoring the yellow highlights. 😅
Is there a feature request area in this community?

From what I see there isn't a similar request. Only a suggestion about hiding the inline comments from users with limited permissions.
