Is there a way to use the Question List macro to display BOTH the question AND the answer?

To create more searchable, dynamic FAQs, I really need to show the answer along with the question using the Question List macro. Is there any way to do this? 

If not, are there any plans to add this feature to upcoming versions of Questions for Confluence?

At present there is no option to show answers along with questions on the Questions List Macro. I opened a suggestion ticket for the development team to include that feature. As an admin I would like an option to display answers with the Questions List Macro Please vote and comment on the ticket to add weight to your use case, and hopefully influence the dev team. If you vote or comment you will be automatically added to notifications so you will know when there is any movement on the feature,

Thank you! I will definitely vote and comment. This feature is essential for search to be relevant when our company creates dynamic FAQs for products, teams, and processes. 

I was hoping the marketplace might have an add-on or something else to help with this, but it's currently blocking us from using Q4C for all our FAQs, which we're currently handling more manually.
