My team is trying to implement some restrictions on document editing. What I would like to do is remove everyone's editing permission on each space, and unlock the document as they need to make changes.
I'm looking to see if there's a way to view all unlocked documents in one place. This would help with tracking/relocking.
Thanks!
Hi @Turi Nordhagen and welcome to the community,
Out of the box you can't do that. What you could possibly to is to use REST API to get a list of these pages, but it's going to be cumbersome. Have you got visibility of all pages, restricted as well?
@Turi Nordhagen welcome to the Atlassian community
In cloud there is no way to pull all restricted pages for your instance. In server, you could do it through a SQL report. I would suggest voting for this feature request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-31974
You can also check the marketplace to see if there is an app that would be able to provide this information.

I had checked out a few Comala apps and they seem like they could be useful, but it looks like they're going to cause more issues than resolve. I also checked out Cenote Lockpoint, but it seems to do the opposite of what I want.
