In my space I want all my coworkers to see which pages exist in that space. However, I do not want them to be able to access these pages without my permission (giving access). So, is there a way that all coworkers see a list of all existing pages in confluence without being able to read them.
As I understand, if I do not give them access to a certain page, they are not aware of the existence of that page. Correct?

If a user can see that there is a page, he can access page content. Based on that you can't provide the ability to see page existence without having chance to access them.

You could try to implement a macro that, as a space admin, retrieves all pages and provide a list of them indendently from logged in user.
